Growing up, people called me “Ashlee Glossy” because one thing I always had was glossy lips. I was about 13 years old and I had a little jingle “it’s Ashlee Glossy act like you know it” lol! Before I ever had a beauty brand, lip gloss was already my signature.

Ambitious Queen Beauty grew from that love. I know how a simple lip combo can pull a whole look together—and how that final swipe of gloss can make you feel ready to walk out the door.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND

I’m Ashlee, but you can call me Lee. I’m a mother, entrepreneur, and psychology graduate student building a beauty brand while balancing work, school, and family.

My daughter, Alayah Skye, is a big part of my motivation. I want her to see what it looks like to believe in your ideas, put in the work, and keep showing up for yourself.
